    The Town of Mendocino continues to see out-of-state travelers coming through and using what few facilities remain open. Should we celebrate their arrival as it leads us to herd immunity sooner, or should we be disappointed that the Mendocino County Health Officer's Health Order is being so flagrantly violated with impunity?
