    In Support of the MCA memo.
    Please give great consideration to the position Phase 1 Legacy cultivators will be in without immediate
    resolution for CEQA resolution and SSR being expedited. January 2021 CDFA deadline to transition from Provisional to Annual will be here very quickly. Streamlining is essential, however without addressing and completing the dire needs at hand so much is at stake. Thank you
