It's extremely important for the Sheriff office to have an open process with citizen input in Law Enforcement. We can't continue to have the wall up. This wall was evident in the conversation from the Sherrif and Da. We cant have the morale as a guiding principle. If that is the case we need Officers that understand changes are needed
