    I am submitting this comment for a 6a item 20-0866, because this web site is only taking my comment for Public Expression. This comment is for the Hazardous Vegetation item. But when I tried to submit from here with 4000 characters, the screen flashes SERVER ERROR. PLEASE GET YOU IT TEAM TO FIX THE PROBLEM
