    I am interested in hearing discussion related to this item and understand that it is a complex issues, but feel strongly that we need to draw the line at increasing the law enforcement budget. If law enforcement resources are being used to respond to (in addition to organized crime) issues of people in mental health crises, houselessness, etc., let's consider how to address those needs through non- law enforcement personnel and then they can use their budget for addressing organized crime.
