    I strongly oppose the rezoning of our residential neighborhood into commercial marijuana and Mr. Neary's request for a continuance. In addition to all of the objections to this accommodation district, Mr. Thatcher does not have the required parcels. Lila Milender,the parcel directly to the East of Applicant is not the legal owner and I have spoke to the legal owner and she does not want to join the accommodation district. In addition, I have talked to Maureen Phillips at 410 Milani Drive who is withdrawing her application. Parcels 380 Milani and 340 Milani Drive are too in opposition to the accommodation and it is my understanding that they wrote letters in opposition to the Board of Supervisors which are not attached to this agenda.

    Please stick to the general plan and do not allow commercial marijuana in residential grows.
