I am requesting that members of the MCPAA, where the Board has discretion to do so, be provided with access as soon as possible to the COVID-19 vaccination(s). As essential workers whose work requires us to be in close contact with members of the public on a daily basis, having little to no real possibility of engaging in "work from home" alternatives, this access will help ensure that the critical and constitutional work of providing Criminal Justice stays operating, both literally, and constitutionally.
