    I would like to acknowledge and recommend for approval the request to fully fund the Mendocino County Resource Conservation District (MCRCD) $45K for the fiscal year FY21-22. No other funding we obtain can provide, as these base funds allow, for grant writing - which is critical to bringing in millions of dollars for the County for water, soil, and forest resilience projects.
