Thank you for your creativity in creating this Urgency Ordinance, especially for finding a path for installing Temporary Water Tanks - including in the Coastal Zone - and illustrating paths towards permanent permitting should a property owner wish to maintain the tank on their property once the Urgency Ordinance has ended. The early application of permits is appreciated. I have reviewed and I don't see any need for edits at this time.
