    Here are some suggested Mendocino Water Solutions: Strategy, Timelines, and $ needed:

    1)County Rebates for tanks and trucked in water
    Timeline: Immediate $

    2) Initiate water production locally through public/private partnership

    a)Procure storage tank(s) for district
    Timeline: Days $

    b)Procure atmospheric air to water machines
    (purchase, lease, demo or jv)
    Timeline: Days $

    c)Desalination
    Timeline: Months if fast tracked

    Combined with local trucking
