Agree with Supervisor Williams that satellite options for outer areas is very important. Also agree high end treatment must be offered somewhere in the county. Want both. Marijuana replacement therapy and peer workers works. No issue needs outside the box thinking more than addiction. Gratitude to Supervisor Mulheren for her tenancy and passion for this issue. I very much share it.
