Myself and many other community members oppose the approval of this expenditure. I write asking the board to consider the memo submitted by MCA regarding this issue.
Please see the attached memo from MCA where we strenuously object to the adoption of the proposed expenditure of $25K for an outside counsel to investigate the Federal legality of our Local Equity Program on multiple grounds.
