On the MCD Events page (https://www.mendocinocounty.org/departments/cannabis-program/cannabis-events), there is no Public Department meeting scheduled for March. Previously, the February 1 meeting was cancelled and not rescheduled, meaning that the March 1 meeting would be the first MCD Public meeting since January. Now with the rescheduling of the LJAGP meeting to March 1, the next listed MCD Public Meeting is April 5. We request that an MCD Public Meeting be scheduled during the month of March, and that during this meeting the following information be provided as well as any other metrics available demonstrating the performance of the department in its primary function of processing applications:
How many applications are currently being reviewed for annuals?
How many permits have been renewed this year?
How many applicants over the past 18 months have paid renewal fees but have not been renewed?
How many new permits have been issued this year?
How many applications are currently assigned to planners?
Thank you for your consideration. We hope to see direction from the GGC on this matter.
