4f. I strongly urge you to adopt the recommendations of the Mendocino Cannabis Alliance. If MCA's recommendations had been adopted over the past 3 years, we might not be in the situation in which we find ourselves. I greatly appreciate the Board of Supervisors taking a more active role in "course correcting" so that we can truly help our legacy farmers to become licensed. They represent such a small footprint in our county, and such a disproportionately large tax base that will benefit all our communities, it seems like a no brainer that you direct the MCD to de-complicate the process by aligning with the state regulations, minimally. Thank you.
