3o) Approval of Agreement with Redwood Community Crisis Center ("RC3") in the Amount of $260,000 to Provide and Monitor Crisis Assessment and Psychiatric Hospitalization Aftercare to Individuals Within the Boundaries of Mendocino County Not Eligible for County Medi-Cal Crisis Assessment and/or Aftercare Services Due to Having Private Pay and/or Medicaid Insurance, Effective Upon Full Execution through June 30, 2025
