We appreciate the County’s continued support of trying to achieve annual licensure through partnership with the DCC in the state’s CEQA process, but that we wish that more detailed progress reports, not by the county, but by Ascent and the DCC regarding State specific CEQA progress and practical details of how the specific processes are or will impact local cultivators, had come forward in conjunction with, or before any further contract extension approval came forward. We look forward to potentially receiving a detailed report from Ascent, the County’s contractor, at the GGC this month and we would urge the board to request a more detailed informational report by DCC.
