We support the County’s continued efforts to enforce against serious environmental crimes. Unlicensed sites with these serious offenses tarnish the reputation of cannabis cultivators as a whole creating unfair judgment to our licensed operators who go through great lengths to meet the extreme environmental requirements to be compliant.

This is why we ask for additional focus to support the licensed operators to remain in the system by continuing efforts to support additional economic development and market access opportunities.
