Hello and welcome new members. As a constituent on the coast I support agenda items 3g, 3h, 3i,3ac 3ai and very much support 3m. Hopefully this approach will become countywide. In regards to agenda item 3j it was unfortunate that we missed this critical meeting in hopes of getting closure of ours/yours unanimously supported replacement for the 1/2025 maturing RBC investment as was promised in the BOS mtg. for which we are grateful for. On 1/13/25 we/MEI (Mendocino for Ethical Investment) sent a letter regarding this. As stated in 3j the investment policy is to be reviewed no less then annually and may be adjusted as needed to reflect any changes in the California Government Code or Investment Policy. We hope be on top of it next time and for now when the new report comes out on Treasurer's website really hoping a healthy viable replacement like Farmer Mac or ESGV-Vanguard ESG U.S. Stock ET (both successful investments of other counties) can be a part. PS in regards to the two other comments before I completely agree- we should no longer be expanding commercial cannabis grow areas. Sincerely Francesca Ciancutti
