3t) Approval of Agreement with Redwood Community Crisis Center ("RC3") in the Amount of $360,000 per Year for 4 Years for a Total of $1,440,000 to Provide and Monitor Crisis Assessment and Psychiatric Hospitalization Aftercare to Individuals Within the Boundaries of Mendocino County Not Eligible for County Medi-Cal Crisis Assessment or Aftercare Services Due to Having Private Pay and/or Medicaid Insurance, Effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2029
