    What a tough situation the County is in.
    Looking back, cannabis regulation seems like a failed program.
    We appreciate the clarity of the outline provided by the tax office.
    We agree with many of their recommendations, specifically,
    Dismiss ALL of the Excise Taxes owed from 2018 to 2019
    Lower ALL of the Excise Taxes owed from 2020 to 2024 by 50%
    Lower ALL of the Excise Taxes owed from 2025 to 2026 by 25%
