Meadow Farms is a small land trust with limited resources. While its operations have not been in full compliance with county requirements, there is no evidence that it has purposefully violated county code. Rather, non compliant activists have been minor in nature and have resulted from limited knowledge and resources. I urge the Board to grant the waiver of penalties.
Meadow Farm is a responsible local farm providing many educational events for the community. I applaud this item of waiving the Building Permit Violation and Fees and know that the owners of Meadow Farm will correct this error as quickly as possible.
