    Our strong suggestion is to address the HVAC at the Willits Justice Center with an A/C split Heat Pump to provide heating and cooling. This makes great sense especially if the current system that needs replacing is powered by electricity. An A/C split will use a 1/4 of the power needed to run a conventional HVAC system.
    If the power is provided by natural gas or propane the greenhouse gas emissions are considerable and certainly support the need to change to a heat pump system.
